FitToGetHitched workouts all follow a circuit template. Each workout contains circuits of 3-4 exercises per circuit, designed to keep your heart rate up while shaping and toning those muscles! Choose from beginner, intermediate, or advanced workouts. Workouts are titled to help you choose what you want to work that day.
