We’ve all heard the old adage “It’s 80% diet and 20% training!” or how about, “Abs are made in the kitchen!” It’s true that when you’re exercising, what you eat becomes even more important in order to see results. To help you maximize your results, I’ve put all my healthy recipes and meal plans online! You can check out my website, or simply click on a recipe below to take you there. All Meal Prep Recipes:

-Use 5 or less ingredients

-Are soy-free, gluten-free, and with a few exceptions, dairy-free

-Can be prepped in bulk ahead of time for meals throughout the week

-Never use microwaves

I believe in whole, real, natural foods like fruits, vegetables, oats, rice, potatoes, and unprocessed meats. I have a rule when I’m grocery shopping, if a food item has more than 5 ingredients on the list, I’m not buying it. I apply that rule to the meals I make. Each of my meal recipes here take less than 5 ingredients and are super quick and easy to make (I don’t want to spend a whole Sunday meal prepping).
